Due to continued growth and future plans JP Computer Service is actively recruiting Field Service Technicians to work in the following locations Buffalo NY, Rochester NY, Syracuse NY, Albany NY, Poughkeepsie NY, White Plains NY, Springfield MA, Hartford CT, Binghamton NY, and Erie PA.

Position Description:
Field Service Technicians serve our  customers by performing onsite repairs of Laser, Color Laser, Dot Matrix, and Inkjet Printers. Printer Brands we repair are Hewlett Packard, Xerox, Lexmark and Okidata.Technicians troubleshoot printer malfunctions at customer offices, replacing or ordering parts, completing the repair, and performing tests. The Technician maintains rapport with customers by responding to questions and resolving the repair problems. Field Service Calls are closed and documented by completing forms, reports, and parts deposition. Our technicians update their job knowledge by participating in manufacturer training courses.The Successful Candidate must have good skills in Electronics Troubleshooting, Mechanical Repair, and Equipment Maintenance, have a Positive Attitude, and be a Hard Worker.
